Review - Loreal Elvive Fibrology

Hi Guys

This shampoo and conditioner combo quickly became favourites of mine. I've been using it now for around 2/3 months now and think it's fab!

It literally does what it says on the bottle. I have always struggled with my fine hair that has absolutely no volume.
When I use this my hair feels so thick and bouncy! I just love it!

The Fibrology duo are often on offer in most shops.
There are also other products in the range like a serum, a booster and a masque. I'm yet to try these but will definitely be giving them a go!

Big thumbs up from me for these awesome products! Definitely a recommendation!

Slimming World Weetabix Cakes

Hi Guys

I follow several people on Instagram that are also on their slimming world journey, and I love it because they share pictures of their meals and snacks which gives me ideas.

Recently I came across a lady who's doing soooo well on slimming world. She's lost over 5st! 😯 Amazing! And on her instagram I saw she makes weetabix cakes which look soooo damn tasty. So of course I just had to try them and yes omg they are so good! Fab way of feeling naughty but being good.

They best bit is they are only 1 syn (because of the cocoa powder), and you use the weetabix as your HEB. The recipe she posted did say they were 5 syns as she used 4 syns worth of Nutella too, but that's obviously optional.

INGREDIENTS:
-2 weetabix (HEB)
-2tbsp sweetner
-1tsp vanilla essence
-1 level tsp cocoa powder (1syn)
-1/2 pot of toffee muller light yogurt
-2 eggs
-1tbsp Nutella (4syns)
-1 banana

METHOD:
-Pre heat oven to 180c
-Blend weetabix to fine powder
-Add sweetner, vanilla, cocoa and yogurt and mix until smooth
-Divide between 4/5 silicone cupcake cases (must be silicone as paper ones just stick to cake, yes I found out the hard way! Oops)
-Bake for 25mins
-Allow to cool, then slice and add banana and Nutella.
-ENJOY

Skincare Help!!!

Hi Guys

So I'm in need of a little advice from all you beauties.

Currently my skin care routine isn't anything impressive and is quite "Simple". I just use Simple cleansing wipes to remove my makeup and the Simple toner. For my daily moisturiser I use the Simple light moisturiser and the Simple eye cream.

My skin type is more normal to oily, as I find I am mainly oily through the T-zone only. So I am looking for products to suit that. I'd rather get advice from people rather than going out and buying all these skincare products to find I've wasted my money and they don't work for me or I don't like them.

Scarily enough too im in desperate need for an eye cream! I'm getting wrinkles!! Wahhhh! I suppose being nearly 30 I shouldn't be suprised!
So maybe all of my skin care could be aimed towards ageing skin. I think it's about time I took this s#&t seriously! Haha!

One thing I have recently splurged on, is the Origins active charcoal mask which was £23 and it has been a fab buy. I would recommend it if you want a mask that deep cleans those pores. If you want to know more about It I have a previous blog post on it.

Please help me!

Makeup Revolution Pro 2

Hi Guys

OMG! I'm so in love with this palette!

It's absolutely gorgeous. The colours are just up my street.

So as you may or may not know, this palette is the dupe for the lorac 2 palette. I personally haven't got either of the lorac palettes, however I have seen photos and they look almost identical.

It has such a lovely mix of colours. A load of neutrals plus a few pops of colour with the purple, blue and green.

The top row is completely matte and the bottom row is shimmery.
That is one of my favourite things about the palette, having so many matte shades. It's not often you get a palette with such a wide variety of mattes. I find usually your lucky to her about 3 mattes in a palette.

The shadows are really pigmented, as you would expect from makeup revolution because they always get it right! I think out of all the palettes I have (which is a pretty good collection now haha) these shadows are the most creamiest they have produced yet. They are so easy to blend, and they have no fall down which is always a bonus!

My other favourite thing about this palette is that instead of getting a double ended sponge applicator you get a decent brush! It has a flat shader one end and a small blending brush the other! And they are both really nice to use. I love the fact that the blending brush is small because you can really get in that crease.

And the final bonus about this palette is that is costs just £6.99. YAY
